This Tuesday (June 10) I am leading the Horseshoe Bend hike.  Basically, 220 ft. elevation gain- 4 miles round trip.

A beautiful mountain hike next to the Nooksack River. The trailhead is a few miles after Glacier across from the Douglas Fir Campground on the Mt. Baker highway (542). Parking requires a NW Forest Pass. Lots of ups and downs.  I recommend poles. We meet at the BSAC at 8:15 and carpool at 8:30.
